for being such a slacker with the blogging... moving, the marathon, starting a new job to name a few :) The camera cord hasn't shown up since we got here so I can't upload any pictures. Hopefully we'll unpack it soon and then I'll have lots to catch up on.
In the mean time- there were LOTS of people to cheer on the runners during the marathon. There were some pretty creative signs and these were some of my favorites:
"Find your happy pace"
"Don't stop now...everyone's watching"
"You paid money to do this to yourself"
Those are great signs :-)! I'm impressed that you not only rant the 26 miles, but that you remembered those signs by the end :-)!!!

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing as Marci. I probably only would have focused on 13 miles to go, 12 to go, 11 to go... I'm proud of you for running it. Those signs are clever though.
