A Special Lunch Date

Today I was lucky enough to go eat lunch with my sweet 5 year old niece, Ella. When I called her last night to see what she wanted, she didn't even hesitate to choose "a cheeseburger happy meal with chocolate milk"... so cute. :) It was fun to see her at school with all of her little friends.

All of the kiddos were talking our ears off and kept asking me if I was her mom or her sister. Ella kept saying "nooooo- she's my aunt!". Then one little boy asked "are you still a kid... or are you a grown up?". I told him I was a grown up but that I hadn't been one for very long. :)

I'm so glad we live in Houston now- doing things like this is so fun!
