(I love Winston guarding the crib in this picture)

Some lovies waiting for the baby- Thanks Cheryl and Nana!
After searching EVERYWHERE and not being able to find any bedding in these colors (that didn't cost a million dollars), I decided to make my own. Then I decided this job should be left to a professional to avoid having it all fall apart. I found Noeske Notions through one of my favorite design blogs, Copy Cat Chic. I am SO happy with the finished product- they did an amazing job. I did tackle the crib skirt on my own using this super-easy tutorial from Young House Love. The fabrics can be found here:

Yellow Stripes: Premier Prints Lulu Stripe
Crib Skirt: Dwell Studio Boteh Jade
Gray Damask Ties and Piping: Dena Medallion in Gray
And of course, last week I got the new Pottery Barn Kids catalog and they now have a gray and white bumper. But I'm still in love with ours :-).
As soon as we finish the rest of the room, Marci is going to come take pictures with her fancy new lens!

I LOVE the colors! He is such a lucky lil' guy! I can't wait to see all the finished product pictures!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE it all!!! I can't wait to see it in person and see the room when it is all done. I think you need that yellow plane from Home Goods though...I forgot there was yellow in his bedding!
ReplyDeleteoh this is just so cute! I love it! It is hard to find cute stuff without just making it yourself. I am going to have to write down that blog and maybe have them help me get some projects done!
ReplyDeleteWOW! I love it.
